Responsible for achievement of sales target in his / her area.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
- Experience in Supervisory level minimum 2 years in Pharmaceuticals company
- Strong leadership & Team Player

- Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Wholesale Executive (Padang)
Padang (Sumatera Barat)
- Ensure brand and trade program in the WS outlets according to cycle plan
- Develop and adhere to a well-defined work programme and route plan as agreed with the Area Sales Manager
- Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality and customer price of products are achieved for WS outlets
- Provide data and maintain database on competitor’s moves and sales and distribution performance; to guarantee that all stakeholder have the latest competitor inteligence
- Manage resource allocation at ASMO level: materials and equipment and ensure on time and in full utilization.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationship with MVP and track the evolution from current relationship status to "Preffered partner"
- Develop and implement volume demand plan for MVP customers also by Sku's, and administer a general WS FC at asmo level
- Accountable for selling in volume
- Implement consumer and customer engagement activities by SR and activities implementation by external agency (if needed).
- Be fully compliant with all policies, procedures, processes available in the company
- Ensure effective communication between back office and front office over trade marketing related topics
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned if they are not in contradiction with this Role Profile
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Negotiation Skills, Analysis Skills, Business Oriented, Valued WS Experience.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
