Wholesale Officer (Padang)
Bukittinggi (Sumatera Barat), Padang (Sumatera Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Implement brand and trade program in the WS outlets according to cycle plan.
- Collect market intelligence and trend information weekly
- Negotiate WS MVP (i.e. visibility, investment) based on the implementation plan agreed with the WS excecutive
- Assure that all activities related to WS is execute properly on ASMO level
- Train customers if necessary, with support material and instructions from Head Office
- Develop and adhere to a well-defined work programme and route plan as agreed with the WS Excecutive
- Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality and customer price of products are implemented at customer level
- Monitor brand’s performance in the WS outlets (BAT’s and competitors’)
- Build and maintain strong business relationship with MVP to move outlet from the current relationship classification to a business partner
- To have full responsibility for outlet performance via driving and executing selling out activities, consumer and customer engagement activities
- Be fully compliant with all policies, procedures, processes available in the company
- Ensure effective communication between back office and front office over trade marketing related topics
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned if they are not in contradiction with this Role Profile
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and expertise in wholesale.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jabotabek.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or wholesale.
- 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
