Cilacap HR Operation Officer
Cilacap (Jawa Tengah)
Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
High quality implementation of CLA, Policy and Procedures in the most efficient and effective way, monitored, recorded, controlled and reported
HR helpdesk management in order handling complaint and feedback
Employee database management for new, post-probation, post contract and retiring employees
Requirements:
- Education :
- S-1 degree any discipline, preferably in Psychology or management
- Experience :
- Min 1 year current position
- Experience in Human Resources areas for minimum 3 years
- Computer literacy :
- Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Language :
- Excellence of English both oral & written
- Other qualification / skills :
Reporting skills (Ms. Excel and Ms. Powerpoint)
