HR Manager (Plantation)
Kalimantan Timur - Nunukan
Requirements:
- Max. 45 years old
- Bachelor degree in Psychology / Law / Economic
- Minimum 5 years experience in forest plantation industry
- Excellent knowledge in Industrial Relation , HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling & General Affairs
- Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Willing to base at Kalimantan Timur (Nunukan)
