Mitrais is an IT company with three lines of business. It provides software development services to clients in many industry verticals. It sells and supports mining industry software and has specialized domain knowledge of mining. It develops and sells the Mitrais Medical System (MMS), a comprehensive primary health care system. Founded in 2000 Mitrais employs nearly 400 staff in offices in Indonesia, Australia and Singapore.
We are looking for a HR Officer to be based in Bali with a potential relocation opportunity to Yogyakarta.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling day to day HR tasks such as managing personnel database and records, industrial relations, insurance and health benefits administration, and also support recruitment activities such as candidate filtering, interview scheduling, reporting and other recruitment administration tasks.
Requirements:
You should have a Bachelor degree preferably in Psychology and 3+ years’ experience in a multi-national Company. You should have excellent English, be willing to learn, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a team.
General requirements for the position:
1. Should possess a relevant degree (Bachelor/Strata1) with a GPA of 3 or above.
2. Excellent English proficiency.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and a quick learner to computer systems.
4. Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, trustworthy and having a high sense of loyalty.
