Staff Pembelian (Purchasing)
Jawa Timur - Gempol, Pasuruan

Responsibilities:

    Melaksanakan pembelian bahan baku, bahan kemas dan bahan pendukung produksi
    Melakukan proses negoisasi denan supplier.
    Memastikan tersedianya daftar supplier dan yang kompeten dan spesifikasi beserta dengan harga bahan / barang.
    Melakukan penilaian kinerja supplier

Requirements:

•     Wanita usia max 31 th
•     Pendidikan Min D3 semua jurusan
•     Memiliki pengalaman min 2th  sebagai Staff Pembelian/Purchasing
•     Memiliki kemampuan bernegosiasi yang baik
•     Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
•     Mampu bekerja secara individu dan tim
•     Memiliki  kepribadian yang jujur, teliti, rajin, disiplin, dan aktif

Warehouse Supervisor (WH-JS)

Responsibilities:
Managing end to end warehouse operations from material receipt, storage, and material supply to production


Responsible for stock accuracy and to ensure all transactions are executed timely and accurately with respect to Company Regulation and Compliance


Ensure that all processes and transactions are conducted in respect to the standard operating procedure and Good Manufacturing Process (GMP)


Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.


Maintains physical condition of warehouse; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions to upper management for replacement.


Ensure workplace health and safety requirement are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and the stock

Requirements:

•     Male, max. 35 years old
•     Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university
•     Having minimum 3 years experiences in Logistic and Warehouse Management (experienced in cold storage management is an advantage)
•     Demonstrate good leadership and strong communication skills
•     Working knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice
•     Placement : Beji-Pasuruan
