Inventory Control
Tuban (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
As Inventory control, the incumbent will be responsible to support the smooth operation at the warehouse by doing the whole administration process of the warehouse.
The task will be covering, but not limited to:
Conduct the stock-taking
Issued purchase requisition
Control item master
Control the value of inventory and other warehouse administrative duties
Requirements:
- Diploma Degree from related major
- 2 years experiences in similar position at any multinational manufacturing company
- Microsoft office, SAP
- Good command in English oral and written
- Good knowledge of warehouse management system.
- Mastering inventory-taking and purchase requisition procedure
- Capable of using forklift will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication interpersonal skill
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Tuban Receiver & Store Man
Tuban (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
As Receiver & Store Man, the incumbent will be responsible to ensure the effectiveness implementation of receipt goods, either stock items or goods at direct charge. The incumbent will be also liable to allocate goods on determined location
Requirements:
Diploma Degree from related major
2 years experiences as counter or other similar position at spare part planning area
Microsoft office, SAP
Good command in English oral and written
Other qualification / skills:
Good knowledge of specification of goods
Mastering the “goods acceptance” and “goods purchase” procedure
Understand “inventory-taking” procedure.
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Good communication interpersonal skill
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Capable of using forklift will be an advantage
Tuban Purchasing Superintendent
Tuban (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
As Purchasing Superintendent, the incumbent will be responsible to manage the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase and also to ensure that what is required by end user is received on time in the quality specified. The task will be covering, but not limited to:
Negotiate and prepare series of options to purchase goods/ services at the best conditions with the aim reducing total Cost of Ownership
Select the vendor, considering the end user recommendation and the vendor performance
Execute a procurement process based on theprocurement policy and procedure
Ensure that the purchasing KPI (key Performance Indicator) on the PO processing time and on time delivery are achieved and aligned with the procurement policy & procedure
Develope and coach buyers and senior buyers through their individual development program
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable
5 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company (with 2 years experience as supervisor)
Microsoft office
Good command in English oral and written
Other qualification / skills :
Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Excellent negotiation skill
Good communication interpersonal skill
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Have good technical skill in cement industry is preferable
Senior Buyer
Tuban (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
The positions is needed to assist Purchasing Superintendent in executing the Purchasing Strategy (the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase, the act of purchasing it, and the process of ensuring that what is required is received on time in the quality and quantity specified).
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable.
3 years working experiences preferable holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company
Microsoft office
Good command in English oral and written
Other qualification / skills:
Excellent negotiation skill
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Have good technical skill in cement industry is preferable
